Keystone Technical Institute is located in the foothills of the Blue Mountains north of the city of Harrisburg, PA. It is served by Capitol Area Transit (CAT) buses and is easily reached from any point in the greater Harrisburg area. It is also readily accessible by car from Routes 11, 15, 22, 81, 83, 230, 322, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Harrisburg International Airport 15 minutes south. KTI has plenty of parking facilities available for students.

KTI is housed in a beautiful, modern air-conditioned building on a seven and a half acre campus with street level entry. The building is divided into computer, culinary arts, digital arts, dental, medical, child care, business and wellness labs, classrooms, library, seminar rooms, as well as, administrative offices, and reception area. The student activities center includes a food service area, a lounge area and vending machines. The usual class size at KTI is 15-20 students with a maximum of 33. In laboratory settings, the usual class size is 20 students or less.

The Dental lab is equipped with Dental chairs, dental trays, X-ray processor, X-ray unit, microscopes, assorted dental supplies, DXXTTR, restorative materials, grinding wheels and typodonts. The Medical labs are equipped with EKG machines and tables, hospital exam room complex, hospital bed, doctor's scale, microscopes, skeletons, phlebotomy chairs, automated CBC counters, chemical analyzer, cardiac monitor, diagnostic spirometer, culture incubator, centrifuges, autoclaves, assorted medical supplies and instruments. The Child Care room is equipped with crayons, paste, construction paper and various child-proof supplies. The Wellness labs are equipped with massage tables, oils, fresh linen, CD players and various supplies. Human Anatomy charts are also displayed. The Business equipment consists of typewriters, transcription machines, various office supplies, and computers with T-I internet access. There is a new on-campus commercial teaching kitchen and a Digital Arts computer lab.
